Two Programs. One Familiar Location

Fox Trail Academy and Orange Fox ABA are separate programs with different purposes, enrollment processes, funding sources, goals, and records. Families may participate in either program independently or choose both when appropriate for their child.

Fox Trail Academy

Fox Trail Academy is a homeschool support program focused on education and learning. It provides teacher-guided instruction, individualized academic support, small-group opportunities, and progress information for homeschool families.

Parents maintain their child’s homeschool status and remain responsible for meeting Colorado homeschool requirements. Tuition is privately paid, based on family need, and is not billed to insurance or public education funding.

Orange Fox ABA

Orange Fox ABA provides medically necessary applied behavior analysis services. ABA services are based on a child’s clinical needs, treatment plan, and insurance authorization or private-pay agreement.

ABA goals, documentation, scheduling, billing, and clinical records are maintained separately from Fox Trail Academy’s educational programming.

How the Programs Can Work Alongside Each Other

The programs share a familiar location, making it possible for eligible children to access both educational and medically necessary services without moving between multiple settings. When a child participates in both programs, the services remain separately scheduled, documented, and funded.

Enrollment in Fox Trail Academy does not require participation in Orange Fox ABA, and receiving ABA services does not require enrollment in Fox Trail Academy.
